Water Gap Retreat is an easy drive from Washington, DC, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Columbus, Louisville, and Richmond.
Getting to Water Gap Retreat
Traveling from Pittsburgh
Go west on I-279 to I-79. Go south on I-79 to I-70/I-79.
Take I-70/I-79 east to I-79 south.
Take I-79 south to exit 132, US-250. Take US-250 south to Elkins, WV. Turn left on US-33 (SR-55) and go 7.2 miles to Faulkner Rd.
At Faulkner Rd turn left and then another left onto Faulkner Rd
CR-5/12.
Make first right, cross railroad tracks and go to next intersection.
Water Gap Retreat is on the right.
Traveling from Washington, D.C.
Go west on I-66 to I-81.
Go south on I-81 to Harrisonburg, VA and exit 247B.
At exit go west (right) on US-33 for 94.3 miles.
Turn right at Faulkner Rd sign and then left onto Faulkner Rd CR-5/12.
Make first right, cross railroad tracks and go to next intersection. Water Gap Retreat is on the right.
Traveling from Baltimore
Go west on I-70. Near Hancock, MD take I-68 west to exit 14A.
Go south on US-219 for 84.3 miles to Elkins, WV.
Turn left onto US-33 (SR-55) and go 7.2 miles to Faulkner Rd.
At Faulkner Rd sign,turn left and immediately take another left onto Faulkner Rd CR-5/12.
Make first right, cross railroad tracks and go to next intersection.
Water Gap Retreat is on the right.
